How long does it take for it to ship internationally?
It’ll take 1-5 business days us to package your order, but once it’s in the postal service’s hands, it’ll take up to 7-14 business days.
Do I have to pay Taxes or Customs for International Order?
Hopefully everything goes well to where you will not, but it is not guaranteed. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer. LazyTingsStudio is not responsible for any additional fees or delays caused by customs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
How Long Will It Take My Order To Be Shipped?
In Stock 1-5 business days
Pre-Orders 2 - 4.5 weeks
If the product is a pre-order, it will be shipped out in 2-4.5 weeks. If the product is in stock, it will be shipped out 1-5 business days. The time it takes to get your product to you depends on the postal service!
How Long Will It Take After It's Been Shipped?
Usually domestic orders will take 2-5 business days excluding Sundays, holidays, or shipping delays. These timelines will vary depending on your country's processing, customs, and delivery protocols.
Please note that the moment that the package is shipped, it's in the hands of the shipping company. Therefore, you may be charged additional custom duties and taxes that not included in the shipping costs. They are determined by your country based on the item and value. The customer is responsible for payment of any custom fees.
Will I Be Able To Change My Address If It's Wrong?
Please double check the address before completing the order. If the address was entered wrong, please email us as soon as possible at lazytingsstudio@gmail.com with the order number and the correct address. Please note that we cannot cancel a package once its been shipped.
I Made A Mistake, Could I Change The Product or Add Items To My Current Order?
If a change size is needed, please email us asap at lazytingsstudio@gmail.com with order number and the cancellation request. The order can be cancelled as long as it's not been shipped out. The order will be cancelled for you to be able to reorder again.
